Responsibilities
Scope of works:
  • Giving solutions assistance to customers inquiries from all the open accesses, in terms of giving valid information related to products, services, order process in the goal to acquire customer memorable experience from all various types consumer behavior and performing customers marketing research also campaigns, to enhance and assuring the satisfaction and loyalty of Holcim’s Brand.
Requirements

Education :
  • Bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university
Experience :
  • A working experience of min. 1 yrs in Call Centers or in Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication skill ; clearly conveying ideas and good listener who can adjust to individual styles
  • A strong customer focus minded
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skill as well as a team player Independent, discipline, with adequate analytical skills.
  • Highly attentive to detail, ability to do multi – task job, as well as problem and complaint solving. Ability to perform in time-pressures and shifting working hours to meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work in shifting working hours (2 shifts)
Computer literacy:
  • Proficient in MS Office – Excell, Word and Power Point Call Center applications.
Language:
  • Compulsory of good communication skills in Bahasa and English, both oral and written
