Organization Development Officer 

- Salary IDR 6,000,000 - 8,400,000

Responsibilities

• Manage programs related with implementation of working culture
• Manage the effectiveness and eficiency of organization structure changes
• Make sure the organization design development is delivered effectively, efficient and align with company strategy

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree (S1)  or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree (S2) Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Human Capital Division especially in Organization Development, preferably from banking industry.
• Have a wide knowledge about Human Capital Management, Organization Development, Talent Management, or Performance Management System and Syariah Banking.
• High initiative and good analytical thinking.
• Able to work in a team as well as individually.
• Full-Time position available.
