Job description:
- Responsible for managing the purposes of Division Head, covering Administration,documentation, schedule and control the activities of the Division of Divisionthrough the realization of budget in the division in order to run properly Divisionactivities.
Qualifications:
- D3 Secretary majors have passed.
- Min GPA 3. 00
- Max Age 25 Years.
- Capable of performing the duties and responsibilities of the Secretary of the company in general.
- Enough to recognize the working tools which are generally used by the Company Secretary (Computer control of Ms Office / Power Point, Email, Fax, Telephone, Infocus, Ms Outlook Calender).
- Have a pretty good communication skills.
- Have good insight.
- Able to schedule his supervisor based on priorities.
- Being able to be a partnership for the boss, the user, and a client of his superiors.
- Have high initiative and deft in work.
